the owner of this company Mr. Tarun Kanodia, they don’t have fund to provide salary for their employee. from August 2011 employee didn’t get their salary, Mr. Kanodia says to every one I’ll provide you on that day and this process is continue from last 4 month, Many employee left the Company because of this.
Mr. Kanodia has 1 more company named TATHASTU INFOTECH, it’s a IT training institute, they provide training or making fool to students as well as college, they says to all they will provide you 100% job to our associated company but they don’t have.
They hire employee to Ralant Technology but give them work to teach student of Tathastu Infotech, if student not satisfied with that person Mr. Kanodia terminate him without any notice and don’t provide him salary.
Does anyone know the whereabouts of Tarun kanodia
They have taken fees from me last wednesday.
And today i went for my class and there is NO institue.

They dont have money to pay the salaries. They are repeatedly giving new dates for the past salaries that are due from more than 3 months. Why do they hire the people. They earn from the people and throw the bullshit that they dont have money to pay. These people are living their lives by spoiling & playing with other people’s career and life. If they continue to do this. We are definitely going to sue them in court.
