I tried to exchange products and dey said 1 product is not available and to select different product. But after delivery the size varies with other products as dey have a different size chart which is confusing. But finally they say dey can’t exchange and nowhere in their website says it can’t be done also one their CSE said I can do it whereas I shud pay the courier charge. Now they r asking for the time wen I spoke with him which I don’t remember. Dey neglect my query and not responding. It is like set r saying v don’t care if u wear t r not. We don’t exchange again. Finally I asked for compensation Amt to order again and no response. so now I can’t use the product which I paid for. I ordered one month ago
On their website it’s mentioned we can refund and return within 10 days and now they are saying they don’t have any refund policy only exchange is there that too if there is size issue? Like seriously.. they are looting people they don’t know how to run an online business and how it works. There website doesn’t have any other good products that I can order, its a worthless worst brand I came across.
