RADIKAL-U – rdklu.com is a clothing website and I recently made a purchase from them for above Rs.4000/-. Upon receiving the products, I did not like their quality as per the images they show on the website so I immediately sent them an email requesting a return for all products but they responded back saying they do not accept returns but I can only request for an exchange or store credit, neither of which I want. Upon questioning this return policy they continue to stick by their unreasonable policy which is not customer friendly, even after reminding them that online merchants cannot sustain if they do not offer a reasonable return option to the customers.
