RenaultIndia I had submitted my Kwid Climber on 18/05/2018 at your Koperkhairane service center as my vehicle got breakdown. The executive Suyash told me that he will change the part and will give me the vehicle in 5 working days. Now it is more than 12 days they are not bother to call me or give my vehicle back…suyash told us that insurance ppl are not responding to him. Thats not our issue if insurance is not logged in. Your pathetic Vashi dealers are also making all false promises and fake commitments. When i bought this car they told me that car will be delivered to you by 30/04/2018. However car was not delivered to me and they had delivered the car on 05/05/2018 andvthat too with wrong color. Your regional manager pratiksha and her boss Pritam apologised to me and said for next 5 years we will be in touch with you for all after sales service. Forget about after sales service she doesnt even know how to speak to customer. She is absolutely fine with spoiling company brand image. Those people are really a pain and im really traumatised bcos of their executives suyash, pratiksha, swapnali and pritam. Now i dont want this car and please process refund of my money. Hope to get a positive response from you.
