I have ordered one Small Sofa from Rentomojo and once I have seen that delivery is delayed more than 5 days ( that was committed for 3 days) I have sent an email to cancel the subscription.
I spoke with few customer support people and they committed that If I will cancel then it will be charged but if customer support will cancel then I will not be charged. Khushbu (Executive) have cancelled the subscription but I have been charged for 2600 unnecessary . Which was committed that there will be no cancellation charge.
So I have paid 1860 Deposit
and I have been charged 2607
Total 4467 I have been charged for the product which I have never used neither cancelled by me.
