Yesterday, Rentomojo delivered an AC. I made a payment for an online deposit. Because the AC connection is an undeground one, they won’t install it. They said no when I asked if I could install it myself with the help of a technician. Since they don’t do underground connections, they allowed my roommate to order an AC from them and have it installed by a different technician. However, they won’t let me follow suit.
They want me to start the closure process and pay early closure fees. Even though the AC hasn’t been installed or even unpacked, they have my deposit and are now demanding that I pay early closure fees. All I want is my deposit returned.

Actually I have order some furniture I paid the security deposit …. I have uploaded my documents with my aunt’s bank account … so kyc issue they got cancelled my furniture…. from since 2 months …They are not issuing my refund it’s been alreAdy 2 months I’m sharing my bank statement to them
