I have purchased 5 lottery tickets of Kerala lottery from Online buy of Kerala lottery,I think name of the agency is RKD Lottery Agency/ Devi Lucky Center, kollam, Kerala.I paid Rs 200/- through UPI payment,(Someone named Mr Dinesh is holding that account in YES bank.)
Now I am trying to contact them through their email address,but they are not replying.i even don’t get the image of my tickets on my WhatsApp number.they are not even confirming my order.i have tried my best to contact them,but all in vain, because they have not mentioned any phone number.I think they are froud people.I advise everyone to beware of such online dealers of Kerala please check their authenticity before making any payment.
