Please don’t purchase any product from Roposo I had a very bad consumer experience.
They were not able to deliver the product and it got returned to seller on its own. Also this has happened more than a month ago and I was supposed to receive the refund within 4 business days as per roposo policy yet they have not processed it. The customer care support just tells you everytime it will get credited within 48 hours but no step has been taken by them. I have shared all the details of transaction asked by them. Yet no refund has been processed and it is going to be 2 months since I have ordered.
The most pathetic and frustrating experience I have ever had as a customer.
