Please note that I had ordered a citrine & Rudraksh bracelet online from roposo. And on 22nd October it was delivered to me and after that when I opened it there was no lab test certificate &verified copy of the bracelet and also note that the quality is third class its looks like i buy from the footpath..
Today when I returned it and when I choose the quality issues then it’s showing that return is declined..
So now my question is why the return is declined and are you people doing fraud and scam in the market???
I want to return this worst bracelet and refund my money to my bank account on an urgent basis.
