My Certificate No. Is ESY030000092.Date. of certificate is 10.5.2011.I have given my 3rd & last installment of Rs. 12000/-to your Agent in May 2013. But he have not issued the receipt of same. I requested many times. But he is not issuing the receipt. Please give me the details of my investment plan.

I have been investing in Citrus Check Inns (Used to be Royal Twinkle Star Ltd.) since March 2013. I am looking to withdraw from the plan, the plan was supposed to be for 4 years. It would much appreciative if someone could let me know the process to withdraw the money. Additionally, would like to know if there would be some charges that would be deducted by the company.

I have given my 2nd & 3rd & last intallment of Rs. 12000/-to your Agent in 24thAug.2013. But he have not issued the recipt of same. I requested many times, BUT HE TALK TO ME ROYAL TWINKLE NOT GIVING 2ND & 3RD TIMES INSTALLMENT RECIPT ONLY GIVING 1ST TIME PL EXPLANE ABOUT THIS MATTER

i am rupesh, my brother invested 3 policy in royal twinkle star club ltd. and my brother died in accident. company should pay only 1 policy claim amount, another 2 policy only they paid deposit amount. there agent already said that all policy claim vcs amount should be paid but now they are saying only 1 policy vcs should be claim. then what should i do for for refund all 3 policy amount.
