i ordered for a saree online and they have taken a cash on delivery. after recieving , the item was a poor damaged product with low quality and completely different from the picture on the site, its not even silk. i have been trying to long on to the site to apply for a refund . but they have blocked my email. further no response from the service center even after picking up the phone twice today, they acted like they couldnt hear me.
the site does not have an option of previous orders or any refund icons. ITS a fraudulant site.
