I ordered product – Beige green coloured paithani silk saree- SK20 from Rudra silks , Surat , Gujarat on date – 17/11/2020. It’s Invoice number – Retail08135. But after receiving on 21/11/2020 this saree I shocked because it’s very bad and poor quality saree..It costs below 300 and I paid for my order 1599..they recommended that there would be return policy but they are not responding to any call and email when I am trying to return it..I think it’s totally fraud company.. How can anyone trust on online shopping when this type of fraud company is there ..please take proper action on Rudra silks..and save to other costumers..and I request to refund my amount please.
