I paid the part release amount on December 6, 2023, and my gold was supposed to be delivered on December 7, 2023. However, it hasn’t arrived yet, and each time I call customer service, they say someone from the backed team will get in touch with me. However, they never come up with a solution.
The company Rupeek Gold Loan is a scam and a cheat. They take your money, never deliver the product on time, and then charge interest for it. Now that I’ve lost my gold for these five days, will I get my money back from Rupeek for the interest on the gold even though I never received it from them?
