I am writing this to warn others about a fraudulent company that is deceiving people in the name of vacation memberships. On 29th September 2023, I was pressured into purchasing a membership plan from this company without giving my final consent. I immediately told the sales executive to cancel the plan and requested a full refund of the amount paid.
Since then, I have made countless attempts to contact the company using the mobile numbers listed on their website: 9258129389 as well as via their official email ID [email protected] and the director’s email. However, despite all my efforts, no one has responded to my calls or emails.
It has now been over two months, and I have not received any confirmation, update, or refund. I have sent 29 emails and made hundreds of calls, but there has been no response whatsoever. This has taken a serious toll on my mental peace and well-being. Additionally, the first installment for the membership was deducted from my account in November 2023, and the second is due in December 2023, but still, the company is completely unresponsive regarding the refund process.
This behavior clearly indicates that the company is running a fraudulent operation under the guise of a legitimate business. They are cheating people of their hard-earned money and then cutting off all communication. It is extremely unethical and unacceptable.
I urge the relevant authorities to:
- Ban this company from operating any further.
- Investigate and take legal action against the individuals involved.
- Ensure refunds are processed for affected customers.
To everyone reading this:
If you have also purchased a membership from this company, please lodge a formal complaint immediately. And to those who are considering it—do not fall for their sales tactics. This is a scam. Protect your hard-earned money and stay away from this fraudulent business.
