I am writing this post to alert everyone about a fraudulent company that is scamming people under the guise of selling memberships. I purchased their membership on 10th December 2022, believing it would provide vacation planning and travel assistance. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Recently, I tried to plan a vacation for November using their services. I attempted to contact them through the phone numbers listed in their brochure, but no one answered. Out of curiosity, I called from a different number—and surprisingly, they picked up. I shared the details of my planned trip, and they assured me that I would receive an itinerary within three days.
However, it has now been over a week, and I have received no response—no calls, no messages, no emails. I have repeatedly tried to contact them, but they have completely stopped responding. Their customer service is non-existent, and it’s clear that they are ignoring calls from known numbers.
This company is clearly a scam, operating under the pretense of being a legitimate business, and they are looting people’s hard-earned money in the name of vacation memberships. They appear to be based in Mussoorie, and I urge the authorities to take strict action against them.
To anyone who has already purchased a membership: please file a formal complaint and report them. And to those considering buying from this company: do not fall into their trap. This is a warning—save your money and stay away from these fraudsters.
