We too had very bad experience with Mittal brothers. The new flat they handover remains new and intact just for few days and the poor construction quality stats showing through leakages, cracks on walls, door handles breakage any many more to start with. Whatever phone calls you make to local attendant from Mittal brothers… he doesn’t respond. After the purchase procedure is over you can never meet the owners Mittal’s in whatever way who prior to the booking and payment are easily and immediately available.
