Me, my wife and my mother have purchased a 5BHK Duplex Penthouse No.A-1103 on 25/07/2019 for Rs.3, 75, 00, 000/- (Rupees Three Crores Seventy Five Lakhs only) from M/s.Sankalpana Associates and Mittal Brothers Pvt Ltd in the project called “ONE NATION”, Survey No.27, Pimple Saudagar, within the limits of PCMC area, Pune – 411057.

The building completion certificate No. 243/2017 dated 20/04/2017.

We had purchased a raw flat as is where is basis without tiles, electrical and plumbing fittings. We were supposed to carry out the above mentioned work along with the painting after the legal possession of the flat.

After executing registration of the agreement and making entire payment to the developer we were supposed to take the possession of the flat immediately. But the developer has delayed the possession till date and not carried out waterproofing repair works inside and outside as committed by him. There is heavy leakages in the house and it is impossible to carryout interior work.

There has been lot of delay in possession and heavy leakages in the house and we have suffered huge mental and financial loss and we would like to have refund of our entire money with interest @ 24%. During the entire process we have regularly followed up with the developer’s team and they have totally neglected to rectify and created mental trauma on us.

I request herewith to get the entire refund of money with interest as i have lost confidence with the developer.
