I am Anzar Jahan writing to register a complaint against SevenClock.in regarding my recent purchase, Order Number MK18886, placed on 19-Dec-2023. The parcel was delivered by Bluedart Air on 20-Dec-2023 at 6-10pm. For the inquiry I contacted Bluedart Air on +91 1860 233 1234 but they said that we don’t have any details about the sender and we are unable to help you. The watch I received is substantially different and of notably cheaper and poorer quality than the one depicted on the website. This misrepresentation has caused fraud due to which I lost amount of 1449 rupees and immense disappointment with the product quality. I urgently request immediate assistance, seeking full refund with the product as advertised. I also want to say that I’m a student and I’m in need of money, so kindly please take an immediate action against the sevenclock.in.
