Shein – Formal Complaint Against SHEIN – Withholding Customer Funds

I am filing a formal complaint against SHEIN regarding the withholding of my funds and restriction of my account without proper justification.
I placed several orders through SHEIN and, after cancellations, received refunds into my SHEIN wallet. These funds originate from my own payments. However, my account has now been restricted, and I am unable to access or withdraw the balance in my wallet.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through SHEIN customer support, I have only received delayed and generic responses. My requests for a full refund to my original payment method have not been honored.
This situation is unacceptable for the following reasons:
The funds in the wallet are my property, originating from legitimate transactions.
I have been denied access to my money without a clear explanation.
The company has failed to provide a timely or meaningful resolution.
I am requesting the following:
Immediate release of my funds.
A full refund of the wallet balance to my original payment method.
A clear explanation for the restriction placed on my account.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue further action, including a chargeback through my bank/payment provider.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring that my consumer rights are upheld.
