I booked an order with Adidas. Order # 14250130 placed at shop.adidas.co.in.on 30th Sept. I was confirmed that the Order has been dispatched on 1st OCT. I also recieved an SMS for the same. Hence I called Adidas and confirmed for the same. The representative confirmed that by tomorrow it will be delivered to my place. Hence I waited for the complete day. When I checked the courier status for the package on blue dart(THE COURIER COMPANY). It said that the Consignee not available, Hence I called Adidas on 3rd OCT again to check. They confirmed that the package is out for delivery and would be delivered by dayend. Kept waiting for the delivery no one came. 1 more day wasted. The once again called adidas to check they said that the delivery man confirmed no one at home. Hence package once again sent for delivery. Waited for the complete day. No one came. 1 more day wasted.
I have lost 2 days of salary because of adidas as I was not able to go to office. On top of that it is a mental harassment when you are confirmed that some one will come in 2 hours and you keep waiting for the complete day and no one comes.
I waited for 48 hours. Adidas lied on my face and gave misleading statements and mental harassed me.
