While playing a game on my Mobile phone, I got a link of this Company called as Shop Indian Deal and I clicked on it and ordered premium quality front button pack of 3 Bra – 38-40/Sooty grey + Camero brown+Apricot pack of 3 on 15/05/2025. I got the delivery on 22/05/2025 after I made the payment of Rs. 797/- by cash on delivery.
When I opened the pack, to my surprize, there were only 2 nos of bra, both red colour, small size and different pattern. The items delivered were completely different than the items ordered. The email ID [email protected] does not respond to my complaints. The phone number given 9318360103 and 9540517571 do not exist.
Therefore, I request for a total refund of the amount of Rs. 797/- paid at the earliest.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order. I purchased a “3 front button pack of bra” for Rs. 797. My order number isSID#93559.
Today, June 7, 2025, I received the package, but the product inside is incorrect. I have attached an image of the item I received, which is clearly not what I ordered.
As a first-time customer, this has been a very unsatisfactory experience. I kindly request an immediate resolution to this issue. Please arrange for the correct “3 front button pack of bra” to be shipped to me as soon as possible and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
