I ordered redmi 3S prime phone from the site shopaaz. Com on 8 may 2017 and payment is done by internet banking. After 2 days my order is cancelled automatically on 10 may 2017. No refund is done by the company till now and on 10th may they said that money will be refunded within 7 working days. Please help me. Customer care no. Is also not working now. I spend 8499 rupees for the product. Thanku you in advance.
