Money Not Received
Sir I have booked a mobile redmi 3s prime on www.shopaaz.com on date – 06/05/2017 and paid online payment of Rs 8499 via Paytm. Amount was successfully paid, But shopaaz.com company did not send any product till 12/05/2017, so I asked them on 12/05/2017 on customer care no. 180030029549 they told me that product is not available so you can cancel your order, so I have cancelled the order on 12/05/2017. they told me that amount will be credited in 7 working days but no amount is refunded till 18/05/2017.
Please help me

i have ordered redmi 3s prime 32gb on 11.05.2017, the order has been canclled due to shipment data not provided by seller & they have send a message you will get refund amount with in 7 working days still now i not received any conformation mail or message regarding my refund. there is no response for the customer care number which provided in the SHOPAAZ.COM sit (180030029549).
let me know any way to contact those shopaaz people..?
