Ordered Redmi 3s prime on 8th may 2017 bearing order no. 104979. The order has been cancelled by them on 12th may 2017 since they were unable contact the seller. They said the money would be credited to my respective account within 7 working days. Today is the 7th day and my money hasn’t been refunded yet and neither can I connect the customer care team of shopaaz.com as there toll free no. ain’t working.
There are many others like me in the same situation. I think we all have been cheated and the website is a complete fraud.
Is there any way to get our money back?… If there is then Please help us …
