Sir,
I am shajiprakash.I ordered a mobile phone (redmi note4) from the online shoping site Shopaz.com throgh net banking on 8/5/17 and confirm the order after the payment of Rs-12499/ and the order id no.105231. On 12th may the order cancelled by the comany and sent a message that the refund amount will be crdited in my account with in 7 days. But I haven’t get any refund till now and the customer care number also not responding. So please help me to get the refund amount.
