Sir,
I am Shajiprakash. I ordered a mobile phone (Redmi note4 64GB) from the online shopping site Shopaaz.com on 8th May with order id no.105231 for Rs-12499 and the payment done through internet banking .After four days the order was cancelled by Shopaaz.com and inform me that the amount will be credited in my account with in 7 days. But till now there is no response from Shopaaz.com and the Toll free noumber (180030029549) also not working.Now , what can I do for getting my money back? Please help me.
