I have Booked Redni 3s Prime Mobile on 06/05/2017 and paid Rs 8499 online by paytm platform.My order Id is 103392 but order cancelled on 12/05/2017 due to non availability of product and said to me that my money will be credited into my account with in 7 working days. but they have not Paid the amount till 18/05/2017 and their customer care no. 180030029549 is not responding please register my complaint and do necessary.

I have purchased Samsung guru mobile but some other different mobile has been delivered , please refund my money or replace the item
I ordered mi note 4 on dated 09-05-2017 at 11:18 pm..order no 106022 and the order cancelled due to non avilibility of product on dated 12-05-2017 at 03:05 pm…they said the money refunded with in 7 days…but it was not refunded…and the custmercare no -180030029549 was not responding at this time …please refund my money……
