ordered redmi 3s 16gb with order no #102711 on 5 may 17 and payment of rs 6999 done through sbi debit card payment method..after my continuous enquiry i got a sms on 12 may 17 that my orde cancelled becoz there agent didnt provide item on time and my amount ll refund within 7 days…i tried many times to contact them bt no reply on mail and telephone no was busy all time…i had waited for 21 days for refund as said by there site…i m tired of waiting and came to know i was cheated and still yhey are selling this product…pls register this complaint and help me to regain my money…
