Sir. I booked mobile redmi note 4 gold colour through shopaaz.com on 04/05/2017 and I paid money 12,499/- via online debit card . On 12/05/17 they told me your order has canceled and entire money will be refund within 7 working days with 5% cashback. I still haven’t get any money and now customers sevice no-180030029549 is not working . Plz help me sir.
I already gave a complaint to consumer forum .their r so many people who has suffer this loss.
Please do the needful .
