In shopaaz.com I ordered redmi 4s worth Rs12,499/- on 9th may in this website with order no. #105966.After two days they sent us a message that our order has been cancelled and our amount would be refunded in our account in 9 days.But still we didn’t receive our refund nor the mobile.We also tried to call them with the number given in their website but the no. doesn’t respond at all.No information about our money till now.please help us to recieve our refund or the mobile.We don’t need anything else.Take a strict action on the owner of this website and do justice to us and let us receive our refund soon.
i was ordered redmi 4 on shopaaz .com on 11 th may on 13 i will get mail from shopaaz odered has been canceeled amount will be refund with in a week ,still i didnot get .please help me 12499 debited by my credit card
