I ordered a Redmi Note 4 mobile phone on 5th May 2017 from online shopping site SHOPAAZ.com for Rs.10499/- with order id 102291 through BOB Debit Card .
On 12th May I got a message that the order has been Cancelled Shopaaz it self & so the refund amount will be credited in my account with in 7 Working days. But no refund is credited yet and the customer care toll free no. 180030029549 is also not working.
Now I saw so many similar complaints against Shopaaz.com and I think it is a spam cores. So I request you to please look in to the matter and take necessary action.
Please help me to get my refund amount and save us from this big trap
