sir i was ordered redme 3sprime mobile throw shopaaz.com and paid amount 8499rs by my sbi online net banking on 11/05/2017.i got a message in my mail from shopaaz.com ur order is cancelled and your amount is refunded on 13/5/2017.so i called shopaaz customer care number(91800300295490) on 15/05/2017 and some of the person recieved and told your order is cancelled and your amount will refunded on 17/05/2017 but amount is not returned on that day..now im trying to calling to customer care number but its not connecting,so please kindly take our complaint,and do needfull sir….
