Hello Sir,

I am filing complaint against shopaaz.com.I had order Remdi note4 mobile from shopaaz.com the order was successfully done and payment of 12499/- rupees was debited from my credit card as payment.After two days the order was cancelled by them saying that no mobile in stock and they are refunding the money within 7 days.As they had state this statement as on 12/05/2017 and today is 22/05/2017 almost 10 days completed and no money has been credited to my account.I had word with customer care representative of shopaaz.com they sweetly told that on 17/05/2017 afternoon but not so happen.Now i am not able to call them the call automatically disconnect on ring nothing happen.They are not even replaying on mails.In shopaaz system panel shows that your ordered had been cancelled and the amount has been refunded.Today also i had check the shopaaz.com web site page the same msg is shown refunded.So please do the needful to recover my amount from this type of fraudies…
