I have ordered Redmi 3s prime on Shopaaz.com on 04.05.2017 and payment of Rs 8499/- has been made through paytm on 04.05.2017, but after few days i got a message from company stating that your order has been cancelled by our seller and your amount will be credited in next 7 days, but till date 22.05.2017 no response from company regarding refund of money via message or email. Also if we tried to call on contact no.-180030029549 given in the website they did not receive the call and email [email protected] and [email protected] they did not send any response from company if we send message.

I request you to please look into the matter and take actions accordingly.
