i have purchase online from shopaaz.com of 2 handsets amounting rs -8499 and 12499. after some days i received sms my order has been cancelled and refund initiated within 7 working days. Now 3 months gone but i have not received the payment .shopaaz website and cc no is not working from several days.i think it is fraud case happen. please recover my payment….

Dear Team Shopaaz
As per above mention details you are not able to supply product and after taking payment, you have confirmed to return within 7 days… till date i have not received any payment. If you are not able to supply the item why you have taken the order online.For any reason if u are not supply why u have not refund ontime……. or you are intentinally hold the paymnt to use the money some time for your purposess..pls clarify and refund immediately.
Awaiting your response. i have also try to contact you on your toll free no but no person is picking the phone…all are busy everytime.
