I ordered a Redmi 3s mobile phone on 6th May from the online shopping site Shopaaz.com for Rs-6999/- with order id no.103288 through net banking. On 12th May the order was cancelled by Shopazz and sent a message the refund amount will be credited in my account with in 7days. But till now there is no response and their toll free number 180030029549 also not working. Now so many same complaints are reported about Shopaaz.com. So please do the need full things.
