Dear sir,

On 9th Oct. I had purchased a water purifier my order number is 100758160 for which i pay Rs5299, online from shopclues and make payment online but the product which is derived to me is a 3rd class quality and already used so after that I have place a return request to shopclues and say them to reverse pic up order and refund my amount, so after that shopclues tell me that my shipping area is out of there pic up courier partner so please you courier the product to us by any courier at our warehouse so I did it on 28 Nov. And after that shopclues have to be initiate my refund amount on 7 th Dec but after some days go my refund process is stopped by shopclues I have asking about this from shopclues but they doesn’t provide right information and said to me for waiting 4 to 5 days but no there are no resolution about the matter I also contact them at every time which is given by shopclues but they are not resolve this matter and after 30 days later they give the reason that the product is which is delivered by me they found in damage condition and say please contact your courier partner then I am asking some question to shopclues that is if you have already know that the product is damage than why are you tell me this after one month and why you iniate my refund in starting and also asking them what kind of damage occur please share pic of damaged product than shopclues once again say me wait for 4 to 5 days and their 4 to 5 days is over on 7january but no response come from shopclues and I also try contact them but they not pic my phone. Please help me what I to do
