Dear Sir,

This is to imform you that, i purchased Power Bank from shopclues on 3rd june 2017 against order no.117662240 which is delivered on 08-06-2017. the product model no. is 1111 power bank which is not working properly withn 24 hours complain to the shopclues because they provide ten days for returning the goods but they refuse to laung the complain and ask to me visit the customer care . when i visits to customer care at ranchi they refuse to give the service means they dont want to give the service. so i request you to please take the proper action so nobody can cheat the customer.
