We were very much interested in the superstar project and on 29-july-2018 we paid advance of rs.100000 (Rupees one lakh).

At the time of booking though we had many doubts, we were actually convinced by the below members to pay the amount first and get our doubts clarified with the allocated crm. But to our luck the allocated crm had not provided any clarification on our doubts.

Later we made the sales manager kasirajan aware about the happenings (Personal issues due to the vaasthu complaint of the booked flat) at the time our direct meeting with him. Even most of the senior members we met were not aware of what changes can be made and what changes cannot be made in the building as we requested for a plan change as per vaasthu.

At last the changes we requested were rejected by them to get our house vaasthu compliant. This was checked with the technical team due to our compulsion on our direct visit and the changes were rejected by them. Though we are interested in buying a flat there, we do not wish to risk our lives due to the vaasthu issue.

Hari shankar and vaishnavi are the ones who co-ordinated with us and sowmya was the allocated crm.

The main point is we were not given any forms to fill out or told about any norms before paying the amount. That also seen and confirmed by mr. Sivaprasad at the time of his visit to our house. Also the plan cannot be changed as per vaasthu requirement to make it compliant than complaint.

Even i signed the form which had their norms only when leaving the mela. As we have our commitments and we are tried of waiting for their communication, we requested kasirajan to get our complete advance transferred to my account.

Mr. Sivaprasad (Retention team) came to our home and asked us to fill a form stating our requirement. He also asked us to check with him once he discussed with kasirajan. Later we called him to know the status, he said that we will be called, but we did not get any calls from shriram group, even our calls are not answered.

Our main concern is to get our paid amount back and sad to experience the cheap tricks played by the sales agm hari shankar and their team.

The crm head / manager sandhya’s was given finally by the sales but she is not even picking up our call after the introduction conversation with her on 28-march-2019
