Shriram Properties – FALSE PROMISES..Are they CHEATERS??
The project at shriram shankari in Guduvancheri, phase 2 (tower 20) is delayed beyond 2.5 years and the company is not responding to the customer complaints and updating the progress. Its near stand still and before completion, the company has started phase 3 (temple bells). Its not bothered about their phase 2 customers who are yet to get possession. Their customer grievance is pathetic. They is no progress in construction and no commitments on delivery date. Something is wrong and needs to be addressed before large public of their other projects are affected.
Shriram Shankari at Guduvancherry – This project is totally at stand still since May 2014 and there is no one from this management to answer or to respond. In fact this builder is not at all trust worthy and even as of date they have not fulfilled their promises such as Gas Pipeline, Club House, Swimming pool etc for Phase I project.
As regards the Phase II, this project is totally stopped and we could see hardly 20 labours carrying out little bit works for five towers ie., 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. God knows when they will complete this project II works.
Neither they are answering to the customers nor any progress is going on for the last three years. It is absolutely a waste in investing this project as many buyers are suffering as they don’t know when they will get their flats.
Phase III foundation works which was started in Year 2013 and 2014 are still floating in the water and almost all the steel rods are got scaling and rusted.
Hence I recommend not to invest with this builder for any of their projects as they are not trustworthy.
