I have booked a plot in Shriram One city Chennai with a booking amount of 50000/- Rupees. Later i cancelled the booking citing personal reasons and was promised to refund the money by this company. This happnened in the month os september, 2017. Until now i have been in touch with few people who keep dragging the issue saying that they are processing my refund. Now that person also stops answering to my calls for followup and latest when i chat with customer service on facebook i am being told it will take 60 working days. I am really worried about my money and this company has been worrying me and stressing me with their false promises all the time. Please advise further action.
