I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ms. Shweta Katavakar, who has been persistently harassing me through various digital channels. Despite multiple attempts to stop her, the harassment continues to escalate, severely affecting my mental health and personal life.
Nature of the Complaint:
1. Abusive Messages: Ms. Katavakar has been sending over 100 abusive messages daily via mobile/SMS. The content of these messages includes vulgar language and threats.
2. TRAI Blockage Ignored: After I took the initiative to block her number through the TRAI mechanism, she shifted to sending emails.
3. Email Harassment: I am now receiving over 50 abusive and threatening emails per day. These messages often include derogatory content and threats, including to break my marriage and disrupt my family life.
4. Mental Trauma: The relentless abuse has severely impacted my mental peace and emotional well-being. I have been under significant stress and feel unsafe.
Request for Action:
I kindly request you to:
• Investigate this matter urgently.
• Trace and verify the source of these communications.
• Take appropriate legal action under relevant sections of the IPC and IT Act.
• Help in ensuring my personal safety and protection from further harassment.
I am attaching copies of abusive emails and messages as evidence. I am also willing to cooperate fully during the investigation and provide further information if required.
I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously and act at the earliest to prevent further harassment.
