   not yet received smart tv 123 octa air as on today’s date i.e. 02.05.18 can anybody guide how to get refund of payment or hw to get product order placed in the month of march 14 but still not yet received.

   Señores,
   Yo compre su producto el 23 de febrero del 2018. Soy de Chile y aun no me llega el producto. Su compañia no me da respuesta sobre esto y tampoco me ayuda hacer el seguimiento del producto a mi destino. Favor su ayuda para poder cerrar este ciclo. de lo contrario si no llega el producto necesito me devuelvan el dinero.
