I want to cancel my order as i have by mistake ordered more units than i want and am here looking for solution as they are denying to do so. The customer service department is not helping me in this regard. Please help me. I will be very thankful to you.
Desde el 28 de enero hice el pedido y ya pasaron los 21 días hábiles que es el tierno máximo para la entrega y aún no recibo el producto. Cuánto más debo esperar o que me reintegren mi dinero.
