I had ordered the product (1 unit) through its website on January 30, 2018. Although the site mentioned a price of Rs 1950 per unit, i was charged 1995 PHP (Rs. 2575) on my card while making payment. I was promised a delivery post 4 weeks after payment. However the 4 week period has elapsed and there is no response from customer service to check on the current status. Would like to have the refund at the earliest.
