I bought a jeans but didn’t like it so returned it. After 4-5 days their executive called me and informed that my return request was declined by the company and they couldn’t refund my money if I wanted that cheap quality product they would deliver it again. I was shocked what policy you had I asked him, he replied me he would not not refund any money I could file a case in consumer court. Please look into the matter and do needful.
