Dear sir or madam,

Complaint regarding Quick Heal antivirus I have purchased on Snapdeal. I had received a blank CD I had given the complaint on that anti-virus to Snapdeal customer care support. They had committed that we will replace the product. They had rescheduled reverse pickup but the courier person has not given the call To me any day even message also simply he is that given the command that customer is not available or not reachable through phone I had given the complaint on courier person also but they had not taken the action on him. Unfortunately one time I had cancelled reverse pickup it is happened unfortunately only after that I had given the lot of calls to the customer care regarding this one please pick up my product like that I had told to customer people also. past 1 months I was calling to the customer care there is no response I am a call from customer care so that I want to you the complaint regarding this product through consumer court. Please help me on this case maybe replacement of the product or refund my money back thank you
