Snapdeal – I have received a wrong order

My wife ordered for a few things from Snapdeal , when the order came . The delivery guy asked me to pay for the order, and didnt allow me to check the order before paying.
I made the transfer online and after making the payment, when i checked the order it was not something which we ordered . Now when I am trying to reach snapdeal they are not replying to my calls or chat or even email. They are not even taking the return request. I cannot even see the order under my name on website.
Can you please help.

* Write Snapdeal in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Snapdeal.
