Reference to my order 17591787487 placed with Snapdeal online shopping website for a mobile cover of MotoG3 mobile,
Placed on 30th Dec-2016, i had selected payment term as COD at the time of placing order. Before despatch i received a mail from snapdeal to do prior payment before despatch if desired,so I made payment from freecharge on 3rd Jan.
Unfortunately it was not updated in system of Snapdeal and the courier guy kept asking me for money at the time of product receipt.
I called to snapdeal and highlighted the issue, forwarded even the mail of my payment as proof- they said they would update the same in system shortly.
I called thrice after that but still it was not updated in the system.Also I got mail I would receive delivery till 10th Jan.
Till the time I was waiting for product but not received ,simultaneously kept calling the website. Finally I cancelled the order on 12th Jan.
Now the issue is- it is showing COD in the system and I am not getting refund even after payment. Also I keep calling to the website even upto the senior level but no one is taking any kind of action at all.
This is very very dispapponting service and pathetic response from a well know shopping site.
Finally I decided to register a complaint to consumer court rather than begging for my own money to the website.
