I have ordered this phone on 29 of january I received it on 4 of February, I raised the complaint in the same day and time I received the product.On 04.02.2018 i raised a complaint that product earphone is missing and sim tool is not available, then i received a text stating that the complaint will be resolved in next 48 hours, on Tuesday i received a call from snapdeal stating that the product return is not acceptable like that they said without any reason, then on the same day i mailed to snapdeal customer help desk attaching the photos of the mobile i received.This product is not new its looks like old one and lots of dents found on the phone.On 07.02.2018 i received a call and said your return is not acceptable and i said the smartphone i received was not good and explained all the details to the customer help center and they said it will be resolved in next 24 hours but after 24 hours i didn’t received any calls from them. today 09.02.2018 i received a call from snapdeal after lot of mail and complaints in the website.but i still not get the return of the product, please provide justice for the online fraud like snap deal and save the consumers.
